Rock Climbing - Seneca Rocks Seneca Rocks is located in Pendleton County West Virginia. There are cabins for rent in the area and horse back riding to the top of the rocks. People come from all around the U.S. To climb the 200' face. There is also a hiking trail to the top of the rocks. It's about a 40 minute hike that allows for some great views on both sides
